This week we're excited to bring to completion a project we've been working on for a while - the SAManage Mobile application!

With SAManage Mobile, you can now take the power of SAManage IT asset and service management anywhere you go ! Available now on any device running a mobile browser, SAManage Mobile turns your tablet computer or smartphone into a full-fledged ITAM/ITSM command center.

The new mobile application allows you to:

  1. Display and modify computer and other-asset information
  2. Run reports and queries or search on any asset
  3. Manage service desk requests, collaborate and communicate with your users

Offer a Better IT Service Desk -- using any mobile device!

Instead of making a trip back to the office, use your tablet or smartphone to submit service requests on-site, collaborate on incidents, and get your users up and running more quickly than ever before.

And it works with any mobile device

SAManage Mobile is built with leading cross platform technologies like HTML5, allowing you to mobilize your IT service desk using the device that's best for you - without installing or managing additional software.Like our SaaS solution, there are no applications to install and no software to manage.

SAManage Mobile is available now, at no cost to current SAManage customers. Login to https://m.samanage.com and take our new mobile solution for a spin today!

@Bob: The SSO for mobile (using google apps) is in the works. We don't have a solid date yet, but stay tuned.

@Bob: As a workaround, you can set your password (via the reset password link), then you can use that password for the mobile login, while the Google Apps SSO will continue to work on your desktop.

On the mobile devices; Are there available drop-down and listings on the mobile device during the offline or Airplane mode? So, one can do the work until back online?

@John: The entire application is SaaS-based - this means that you don't need to install any software on your mobile device. The flip-side of that is an internet connection is required.
